RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. All Entries must be made on the Official Entry Form
2. Entries cannot be accepted unless accompanied by the correct Entry Fee.
3. LATE ENTRIES WILL BE CHARGED 2 EXTRA

5. Exhibitors may enter a maximum of THREE entries per class unless where otherwise stated.
6. Closing date for receipt of Entries is FRIDAY August 6th.
7. Please note all exhibits must be delivered to the Craft Exhibition area of the Show between 3.00 and 7.00 p.m. on Friday 20th August
8. The Craft Exhibition Area will close at 7.00 p.m. to prepare for Judging.
9. All Home Baking Entries must be exhibited on disposable plates.
10. Classes with only one entry may be cancelled.
11. No prize may be awarded in any particular Class.
12. In all Classes, the Judges decisions are final
13. Trophies will be presented in the Craft Exhibition Area on Sunday 22nd at 2.30 p.m. approx. Prize monies will be paid between 3.30 4.30 p.m.
- No exhibits can be removed from the Exhibition Area before 4.30 p.m. N.B. Any exhibit left unclaimed by 1st September will be donated to charity.

'Scrapbooking' - popular in America and England is a 'memories' book filled with photos depicting people and occasions . Pages are finely embellished with decoration such as personal tokens- designs- punch cuts etc.
